Some of you told us that the overall satisfaction question in the course feedback form was confusing: the slider ran from 1 to 100, and some of you who meant to give 10 out of 10 were recorded as giving 10 out of 100.
We did
We have changed the question to a clear scale of 1 to 10 on every course page, and earlier answers will be read as you intended.
How your feedback is handled
- Every course page has a feedback form. Each form you submit is reviewed by our quality team, with the help of AI analysis.
- If your form raises an issue or a concern, including when you choose “Prefer not to answer”, you will receive a personal reply within three business days, and we will tell you what was done about it.
- When your feedback leads to a change, we publish it here as a “You said, we did” notice.
Thank you for telling us. To suggest an improvement to a course at any time, please use the Student Feedback form.
