Every EULER and EUCLID student can get help with study, technology and personal circumstances. This page lists every service, how to reach it and how quickly we answer. It implements the EULER Student Learning Support Policy (EULER-QA-LS-2025-01).
How to ask for help
- Open a support request in the Student Support Portal (log in with your LMS account). Choose the type of support: Academic, Technical or Personal. Your request is logged and assigned to the person responsible, and you can follow it and reply in the portal.
- If you cannot log in, use the IT / Helpdesk form or write to admin@euclidfaculty.net. Emails to this address open a support request automatically.
- Questions about a course or a paper go first to your instructor, who replies within 3 business days (72 hours, excluding Friday to Sunday).
Response times
| Type of request | We respond within | Handled by |
|---|---|---|
| Technical support (LMS and CMS access, course activation, login, platform problems) | 24 working hours | Deputy International Faculty Coordinator |
| Academic support (writing, research and library, thesis or dissertation stage, pacing and extensions, study skills) | 48 hours | Academic Operations |
| Personal support (accommodations, well-being, personal circumstances affecting study) | 48 hours, confidentially | Global Academic Chairman |
| Emergency | Immediately | Contact your local emergency services first, then let us know |
If a request is not resolved, reply to it and it reopens. A request that remains unresolved after 5 working days is escalated to the Global Academic Chairman. After each reply you can rate the help you received.

We reach out to you
You do not have to ask first. If you have not logged in for 14 days, if a course deadline approaches with periods still outstanding, or if an oral examination was not passed, the Deputy International Faculty Coordinator will contact you within 3 working days to offer help: tutoring, a new pace, technical help or a referral. Where useful, we agree a short written support plan with you.
Tell us how we are doing
Rate each reply in the Support Portal, and use the course feedback form. Every concern raised receives a personal reply within three business days.
